January
With the start of the new year this month focuses on out with the old, and in with the new.
The first part of the session is spent building a farewell despacho. Speaking to the things that you are letting go of into flower petals and giving them an honoring of how they served you.
The second part of the depacho you breath your intentions into a Katari Kintu, a bundle of 3 leaves and other ingredients to set the direction for the new year.
A blessing is offered with the medicine bundle and then a combination of energy balancing and a belly bowl session to clear out each month of the past.
February
February is the time to focus on the deep hidden imprints and shadow material. During the coaching part of the session we look for themes of your life. Rejection, resentments, betrayal etc.
As we move to the healing portion we utlize the gong and the didgeridoo along with a energy process to bring up the imprint energies that are pre-verbal to be illumniated and released. Before this planetary tuning forks are used including pluto, the moon, the sun, and mercury to illumnate, elevate and express out in a way that adds to your unique voice in the world in a positive way to enrich your life path.
Crystal bowls with the Sofeggio tuning fork sets are used to balance the energie fields and help to prepare the body and being to sow new seeds of inspriation.
